Shipping & Container Loading
You See Every Container Before It Sails
Packing, loading, sealing and dispatch are photographed step by step. The loading photos and the container seal number are sent to you the same day.
01Pack & Wrap
Engines, gearboxes and body parts are wrapped, labelled by part and engine code, and stacked on pallets so nothing shifts in transit.
02Load The Container
Heavy assemblies go in low, light panels on top. Every container is photographed as it fills, so you see exactly what left the warehouse.
03Vehicles Secured
Complete vehicles are driven in on racks or ramps and lashed down, with fuel drained and batteries disconnected to meet shipping rules.
04Sealed & Shipped
The container is sealed, the seal number is sent with the loading photos, and booking and documents are handled with our licensed forwarding partners.
Inspection
Six Checkpoints Before A Car Is Offered
A vehicle only reaches the export list once all six are passed and recorded. Anything that fails is dismantled for parts instead of sold as a runner.
- Chassis and VIN verified against the registration file
- Mileage recorded and photographed on the cluster
- Engine started cold, idle and throttle response observed
- Gear engagement checked through the full range
- Body panels graded for dents, filler and paint match
- Interior, glass, lamps and electrics function-tested
